The Becoming Collective is rooted in a simple, powerful truth, every woman and girl has the right to become the best version of herself, no matter where she is starting from, or how her story has unfolded.

Elizabeth Fallon founded The Becoming Collective for this very reason, because no woman should ever have to let go of her dreams after facing instability or inequalities. 

​

We work alongside young women who have experienced care, homelessness, or other life-altering circumstances. Through steady, compassionate support, we open pathways into education and create the conditions for stability, growth, and renewed possibility.

The bluebells woven into our logo symbolise resilience, hope, and new beginnings, a reminder that even after the hardest seasons, growth is still possible. Our initials, TBC, stand for “To Be Continued…” because every woman’s story deserves the chance to keep going, keep growing, and keep becoming.​
